Pets -
There are many homes that are pet-friendly. You are limited to 2 dogs per house.

Weekends/Partial Week Rentals -
Weekend rentals are available from September to May in most of our homes. Partial weeks can be accommodated.

Phones -
All homes have telephones with calls restricted to the local area. Please remember to bring your cell phones for out-of-area calls.

Air Conditioning -
All of our homes are equipped with air-conditioning.

Televisions -
Every home has television either with satellite cable or local cable service.

Kitchens -
All of our kitchens come fully-equipped. We supply silverware, dishes, pots/pans & crab pots/steamers. Coffee makers, toasters and blenders are available as well. You will be responsible for groceries and any extra kitchenware you feel you will be needing.

Grills -
Every home has either a gas or charcoal grill.
